Enjoy only the freshest seasonal ingredients, supporting Kauai’s local farmers and fishermen and prepared by Chef Mark Sassone and his culinary team. Menu items include starters like fresh ahi poke, seafood spring rolls, and organic green salads. Lunch features cobb salad, fresh fish tacos, or our ranch-style Kilohana Burger. At dinner enjoy favorites like our grilled fresh catch of the day, hoisin glazed spare ribs or our Filet Mignon.
